Below are guidelines to help you through the order process and insure the fastest possible delivery.
Placing an order
Place your order online if possible. This is the fastest way to get an order started. And, when placing on line, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your order ID number. You will need the ID# to send us additional information if needed.
However, we can enter your order over the phone if you prefer.
Fill out as much information on the form as possible. To get your order started. . Your name, ship to address, email address and contact phone are required. Logos, name & size lists can be emailed to us later. You will receive information on where to send logos etc in your confirmation email.
Background: Enter the background you want, along with any color change information. If you need additional space use the message box.
Special instructions and other information can be entered in the message block.
List your logos and logo positions. If we DO NOT have your sponsor logos in our logo library, we will email you with instructions and options for getting the logos to us in the correct format. For team orders, you can email your lists of logos and names/sizes to logos@e3sport .com. Be sure your Order ID# is in the subject line so we can match your lists to your order.
If OK to use Artistic Text for logos you don’t have, make that note in the message block.
Once we have received your order form AND all logos, we will begin the design process. Please keep in mind that for us, the Order Date is the date we have everything we need to get started (order form, all logos and background information), NOT the date the form is submitted.
Design & Proofing
We work on orders in the order in which we receive them. Depending on time of year,
it can take up 3-4 days after receipt of your order before we can begin work on your design. The actual design
process takes a couple of days.
After the design is finished you will be sent a full color proof. The proof gives you an opportunity to verify that names are spelled correctly, logos are correct placed as per your instructions, and that colors are as requested. We will always correct any errors and send another proof at no extra charge.
(If you add or substitute logos, change colors or background, or make any other design changes after receiving
the 1st proof, there will be a $15 charge for each subsequent proof.)
When you approve the proof and make payment (or send an official school PO),
we will begin production of your jersey. We will delivery to you within 3-4 weeks of approval and payment.
IMPORTANT! The purpose of the proof is to correct any errors -
Proofs are NOT sample designs. We will make any changes you request at any time, but additional charges may apply.
Sorry, we do not accept rush orders. Our policy is that rush orders are unfair to customers who have already submitted orders, whose orders would be delayed by putting rush orders ahead of them. We will do every order as fast as possible in the order in which we receive them.
